As a representative from the other side, my experiences with Swanson And Bell were far from satisfactory. The lack of prompt communication from their attorneys made the process significantly more challenging than it needed to be. It's important for potential clients to know that time efficiency was not prioritized, which could lead to potential delays in your legal proceedings. While I can't comment on their representation skills, their poor responsiveness and difficulty to work with were very evident. If swift, clear communication is important for you in a legal setting, you might want to consider looking elsewhere.
Attorneys are great but their management team really stinks. Their new billing manager and CFO are both terrible at their job. The CFO gives more weight to anonymous people over his own employees. The prior CEO handled things much better, more professionally. I and others worked a number of extra hours to get the job done but was NEVER compensated for the work. The firm would rather keep it hush hush and violate labor laws than compensate their employees.
