This attorney is immoral. He takes no personal responsibility or accountability for his practice. He represented a seller in a closing on an investment purchase of mine. Failed to withhold a 1700$ water bill out of sale proceeds on the HUD (his offices job). We verified dollar amount and requested payment and now over a year later I personally had to pay for his mistake and file a title insurance policy claim which will not cover entire amount. What a hack job law office. Immoral. And unaccountable. Need an attorney? Look elsewhere.
