They closed my case a year ago after harassing me. Now the reopened the case and are up to the same thing. Do not talk to these people. Just ignore them. They even called my sister. That's ridiculous

I cannot get through to the "attorney" that is "working my case" I was served on May 2nd for a vehicle that was totaled in 2018. After which the GAP company did not pay the excess owed... the fight should be between Ford and them, not me. Please tell me how to GET ANSWERS and not the I'll check on that run around. I was told to put my correspondence in writing and fax to them... I did so and 1 month later received a letter saying to call to set up a payment plan. No information about my correspondence attached in any way. I need answers so I'm not being harassed by these people anymore!

Paid off my garnishment IN FULL. They still took two extra garnishments from me and didn't write my employer that the debt had been paid in full. Called and talked to a Maria who was zero help. She kept blaming the addt'l garnishments on my employer. Well I don't pay them I pay you and I PAID IN FULL. Terrible company. Make sure you follow up with them and follow up early or they'll take advantage of you. Oh, and good luck trying to get someone to call you back. I can't even remember how many voicemails I left. I feel sorry for you if you have to work with this company.

Accounts over 10 yrs old. Unfortunately I was just a co signer and still taking my taxes instead of the person who I co signed for at the time. I was paying for going over mileage on a lease and wouldn’t budge on making a deal.

They keep harassing over a debt from over 10 years ago. You've tried to garnish me for the past ten years and nothing but by all means continue to waste your time and money
