Tad Kendall Morlan

I've used Tad Morlan for years. He's always nice. Yes he is extremely busy so I don't trip when he doesn't call me right back. Although he does call me back. Any time he sees me up at the court house. He'll ask if I need his assistant. Right now he's doing good as my attorney on a different case other than speeding tickets. nI know a few attorneys so when I recommend Tad its because he rocks;

Tad Morlan is a joke of an attorney. He ropes people in and then leaves their case sitting for years. Clients request calls back for over 2 months and he still never returns their calls. He doesn't care about his clients or do right by them at all. Nobody can keep anything straight in his office due to his high turn over rate of assistants. Every time you call nobody can give you any information or update on your case. You are told over and over again that Tad will call you back to discuss things, but 2 months later after leaving countless messages he has yet to return his clients call. While auto accident cases can take awhile, this mans excuse was that they have over 300 active cases and they do the ones about to hit statue of limitations first, so other clients are left waiting an excessive amount of time since he has so over extended himself. Such an excessive amount of time and receiving no communication from his office that you have to seek other legal counsel and advice and he still charges you for phone calls and such when you never got to speak to him. Do not use Tad Morlan. He just adds more stress to your life and doesn't keep his word what so ever.

He never returned any calls. His website says he will contact you within 24 hours. After 6 days and an other phone call I finally got an email that if I hire him I would be doing most of the work. If I knew how to do it I wouldn't need a lawyer. I hired someone else.

Tad Morlan's office is incompetent. None of the "paralegals" know what they are doing and they blatantly lie. Month after month Tad does not return any phone calls, even after his staff says he will. There is a reason his office has such high turn over, none of those office ladies can keep anything straight, they lie about their clients/clients wishes and they are the rudest bunch to have to call and talk to about your case. In fact they refuse to discuss anything about your case with you and they just say Tad will call you back, but he will not return a phone call at all. Tad Morlan will let your case sit for literally years. His office does absolutely nothing for their clients. If you want to end up screwed, hire Tad Morlan.
