My husband went through his divorce hearing in 2020. His wife’s attorney died a few months later. It is now 2024, she is in contempt of court and we haven’t been able to see the kids because of her. We are going on 5 months that he hasn’t filed paperwork from 2020 even though he was asked to complete it from the judge who came out of retirement just to order the paperwork to be re-file back in November of 2023. It still hasn’t been done. I absolutely would not suggest this law firm. My husband can’t proceed with the contempt until the paperwork has been filed from the divorce hearing.

Took 6 months for a divorce. Everytime I called to check on it I had to make a appointment that was a month later even though I was told to call in a week. After the judge approves the divorce the paperwork wasn't done properly. It took another month to get the final divorce decree. Was told by lawyer that it wouldn't be a extra expense then got a bill for said expenses. Was paid in full quickly but the divorce still took a long time and was told well I have other clients.

Scott tatum is is the worst of all of the tatums. He is rude and thinks you should be privileged to have him as your attorney. Thought I was divorced since October on 2020 and just found out I'm not. He never followed the case thru and now I have to get another attorney to clean up his mess. Highly recommend not using then for anything

These people are very rude and unprofessional. I hired John 2 to do a non disclosure. He never returned any calls, and he honestly forgot I existed. This has been going on for a year until I got ahold of Jerry Whitaker who actually went out his way and got my nondisclosure done. On top of all of this I have a custody battled called up there and Scott was very very rude and unprofessional. I asked him a question and he cut me off and straight up said he's not answering my questions until I pay him. He quoted me like 5k with 1600 down. So I asked him if I could simply pay him for a consultation and he said It's either I hire him or I don't lol. Obviously, I went with the or don't option
