Jamey and Dylan(and staff) was AMAZING! Seriously. I called around to others in the area- having never been arrested, in jail or anything like this before, I didn't know what to expect. The first person I called was rude, he had been practicing DUI cases in Monterey for many years, and I am sure he was knowledgeable, but I didn't trust him the ways I trusted Jamey; right from the start, he was kind and very professional. He seems like a good guy too, a straight-talker who is down to earth, and smart. Anyhow, that was my initial impression and my gut was right! For anyone looking for a criminal lawyer your search is over, the two guys at this law firm are truly great to work with and really went above and beyond for my case. They are knowledgeable and I really couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my situation and that is thanks to their hard work , things were looking a little dicey and they really came through for me. Best decision I could have made in that situation! Initially I was referred to someone else. After doing research, and calling around I reached Jennifer at Taylor & Dolowich. I had never been in trouble in my life, and was now facing 3 Felony charges, so I was obviously emotional. Jennifer went out of her way to talk to me, calm me down, and assure me that I was in good hands. She genuinely seemed to care, which was the first time I experienced that when searching for an Attorney. Not too long after that I received a call from the Attorneys at Taylor & Dolowich, and not only did they take the time to talk to me about my current situation, but they were also honest from the get-go. There was no "selling me a service". They were blunt, honest, and straight forward, which is hard to find nowadays. They did not fill my head with promises etc., and that is something I appreciate more than anything...honesty. We scheduled an in-person consultation. Ultimately 2 Felonies were dropped, and one lowered to a Misdemeanor plus veteran's court. Eventually to have them all dropped. They went above, and beyond. It was easily one of the best decisions I had made given the circumstances. Again....nowadays it is hard to find someone who genuinely cares about their job, clients, and a certain outcome. A lot of people are happy with doing the bare minimum. Again, I can say with %100 confidence that Taylor & Dolowich both care about their clients, and will push beyond expectations. If you are on the fence in regard to choosing an Attorney....rest assured knowing that Taylor & Dolowich will do everything they can do, and then some to reach the best possible outcome in your situation.
