I would give zero if I could!!!!! Harassing my dead mother for 2 years wanting the deed for her condo. The Bank of America has the deed. Sent many threatening letters telling her she owed thousands of dollars in fees. Unbelievable!! Uses scare tactics on the elderly. Very unprofessional
