Rude to HR/payroll departments when trying to collect money

Very unprofessional. I was advised to speak with someone in particular at this establishment. Upon my first call no verification process was initiated. Upon my second call a verification process was initiated. Rather confused as to why the second time but not the first time I would have to go through this process. Neither representative was helpful in getting me to the representative I was advised to speak with only. In addition both representatives laughed at my situation and belittled me when all I asked was to speak with the representative I was advised to speak with. The treatment I received from my first two calls made were far from customer service friendly but more so disrespectful and antagonizing. Upon my third call the representative I were seeking answered and within minutes I was able to resolve my issue. I am unsure why a matter that took approximately five to ten minutes to take care of was prolonged causing me to have to spend up to twenty or thirty minutes.

A crooked, Ebenezer of a law office that collects debts and charges a 1/3 markup fee on the debt for their "law fees" so that they gain off your hardship. Rich, exploiters with their boot on the throats of the poor.
