Daniel Talbert and his team are undoubtedly the best of the best. Mr. Talbert ALWAYS delivers and he is very good about making sure that the client has realistic expectations. Daniel and team are very responsive and will go to great lengths to make sure that you are prepared for whatever issues you are facing. I cannot recommend working with a man that has more integrity than Mr. Talbert and am forever indebted to him for helping me jump through some of the most difficult circumstances in my life. Attorney Daniel Talbert I have been dealing with a false witness for several years now and I’m told “you need to put it behind you”. The State knew of the untruthfulness and failed to report it to the Court, nor did my attorney report the State’s misconduct, negligence and criminal accessory to the Court. He will help an untruthful victim. Even claim to the court I started back taking my medication… I don’t take any personality medication or have ever had or prescribed any. Very little communication during the case and gave me one hour notice of a plea deal that he’d been working on… There has also been acts of violence committed by the other party that he failed to report. Claimed it would make me look worse…. I then had more issues with the same person and talbert told me to seek different counsel whom could effectively help me. No attorney has helped me with the real situation at hand. They’ve only lessened the consequences of what the victim makes the situation out to be. Which she has committed multiple acts of perjury of court documents, court testimonies and testimonies with law officers. I paid my attorney to work for me, not the victim. If you don’t like bad reviews do better work. Instead of emailing me to take down a review claiming that it is unwarranted you could offer to help correct and fix any mistakes that were made. Everything thing in this review is factual and I have the right to do so. It’s that simple.
