I have been calling this office everyday since October 26th and have yet to get a call back. Today November 7th the line has been busy ALL day. Please help me to understand where the level of professionalism comes in? I have left many messages on voicemail and with the staff. RETURN CALLS!!!!! This group isn't even worth the one star......

Most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. Cusses you out over the phone, lies about debts to make you pay more, sends you court paperwork a day after your actual court date so you can’t go, the list goes on.

This office does not return phone calls at all- your lucky if they even answer. I attempted to call Andrea in the office 4 times as well as my husband has tried to contact her with no respond. At first the receptionist said she was on the other line and would call me back.. never happened. Then when I finally got the receptionist back on the line she stated she left for the day and didn’t know if she would be in the rest of the week. As a attorney office that is unacceptable.

This place is the WORST. I called everyday for a month trying to contact Andrea. She finally called me back 3 months later the day before my court date. The attorney Doesn’t return calls and if you keep calling trying to get in touch with someone the operator will catch an attitude. They don’t even deserve a star

I have already called his office to arrange payment but now I have received a Warrant in Debt with a court date. I am so confused by this. Whenever I call it takes me straight to debt collectors and not even his office.
