Initially found out about this agency via their radio show. After pondering a few days I decided to complete an inquiry online. Waited a week, no phone call. Should have been the red flag. I figured they were busy so I decided to call them to request an appointment via phone. Few days later, went into the office and waited in their lobby for a hour due to a scheduling error, second red flag. After meeting with the attorney I was put at ease and decide to move forward. I obtained all the documents he requested and forwarded it to his email. A week later, no response so I emailed him to obtain clarification. A week later, still no follow up, 3rd and final flag. My experience of this agency is is customer service is not up to parr. I took my business to another lawyer.
I enjoy their tv show and their live seminars. You gain so much information into financial matters that will affect you.
Travel Gross seminars are very informative and provide the true information needed to help you get out of debt. These seminars are free but their value is well beyond what one could imagine.
