It’s taken me awhile to write this review, because I’m so blessed by the help that Miss Barb and Mr. Cody Allison have given me that I’ve struggled to put it into words. Miss Barb has always been on top of everything from the start. There’s nothing this insurance company has thrown at her that she wasn’t prepared for and ready with a response. I’m sure she’s had times of frustration, but she never showed it. She’s always been professional, respectful, kind, and understanding. Talking with Miss Barb makes you feel like you’re talking with an old friend. She always asks me how I’m doing. How my health is doing. It’s just nice to meet someone who genuinely cares. She explained everything that was happening in my case so i understood it well, and I was always able to reach her when needed. When I thought I would get nothing after the insurance paid Mr. Cody cut his fee so I could have a little money. To some it’s not much, but to me just that simple act shows love, compassion, empathy, and caring. Miss Barb and Mr. Cody are some of the finest attorneys and human beings you’ll meet in the business. You’ll be blessed if you choose to work with them.
