The Babiarz Law Firm is absolutely the best in my opinion. I met Tim in 2016. I was in my golf cart at a stop sign when I was hit by an SUV. I suffered extensive damage to my right arm and hand. Tim was there from the beginning to help me navigate the insurance issues. For four years, he and his team were always there as my advocate. After three surgeries, Tim was helpful in offering suggestions for additional treatments for the on-going pain. In August of 2019 I was involved in a bicycle versus car accident with an under-insured driver who was at fault.
