I have used multiple lawyers for my divorce. Mr. Barger was mediocre. To his credit it was during Coivd and zoom legal hearings were new for everyone. However he gets 1 star because after terminating services, I kept getting charged for things that clearly had not been done or did not take as much time as claimed. After the hearing I told him to close me out. One week later I got a bill. (I had paid prior to the hearing and expected that would be it) I didn't really think it was insane, just a little much. two weeks later I got another, I thought that was absurd. One YEAR later I started getting collections calls. I had paid everything that I was asked to pay. The hourly charges were absolutely insane for someone who seemed not to have a basic understanding as to what I was asking him to argue. Not to mention the fact that it doesnt take 60 hours to CLOSE A CLIENTS ACCOUNT AFTER ONE HEARING THAT LASTED AN HOUR... Avoid if you have a sense of right and wrong or if you are hoping to walk away from your legal situation, win or lose, without getting rammed in the rear by the greedy paws of Barger and assoc. Sticky Bandits, Wet Bandits, and the Hourly Bandits. Super good solitaire players I hear.
