The ladies are efficient, kind, and willing to answer questions. For a collection agency, they are very friendly.

Their customer service is horrible , I wish I could deal with a different collection agency because out of all the women I've spoken to Darcy was the only kind one , out of all the women which is sad.

Considering they are a collection company their employees are very respectful! Great customer service!
