Absolutely horrible. Total negligence by my paralegal, not maintaining my case or the information I provided to them over the 3 year course of my lawsuit caused me to get not even a quarter of what I should've got for this no brainer case. They sign you up for 35% (if you don't have to file a lawsuit) but then don't even attempt to establish contact to resolve without filing so they can charge you 45. My lawyer walked away with more than i did. Belittled me and denied any responsibility for not having documented hardly any of the information needed until deposition came. I walked away feeling cheated and left in debt. I would not recommend Carlson law firm.

ESMERALDA RODRIGUEZ WAS THE BEST PART OF THIS LAW OFFICE. I FEEL THAT SHE REALLY TRIED TO GET THINGS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS THAT THEY WERE FACING (DIRECT COMMUNCATION) WITH THE OTHER PARTY'S LAWYERS AND WITH MEDICARE. MY SETTLEMENT WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED AND MORE THAN WHAT I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED ALONE. CALL HER TO SEE IF SHE CAN HELP YOU.
