ANDRES WORKS WITH THE PROSECUTOR, DA & JUDGE. I was referred by a old friend who vouched that he would represent me well since he got her charges dropped but that was not the case. i was a First time offender and not knowing much about the court system, i trusted Andres to represent me well. He basically got me what a public defender would have gotten me. Prior to arrest, the cops suspected me of being under the influence of alcohol but refused a breathalyzer. He did not bring this up in court or the fact that i passed the field sobriety test TWICE. The police illegally searched my vehicle and arrested me on a concealed weapons charge. none of this was brought to the attention of the judge.
