Shut it all down dismissing would be in the best interest we are not the proud boys but if they get pardoned we all should. Thank you kindly bless you for your love an giving.
if i could give NO stars i would. i’ve left several messages on several different dates for WEEKS and have yet to receive a call back....meanwhile, a loved one has been sitting in JAIL because he literally was in the wrong place at the wrong time and his public defender hasn’t gone to see him ONCE (thursday makes 3 weeks)....what kind of criminal justice is this??
The receptionist at the Atlanta office is absolutely useless. Called, “couldn’t find me in the system.” Called a couple of hours later and got someone else who actually took the time to find me. She just had the biggest attitude and wasn’t helpful at all
Clayton County Public Defenders dont know the law. They make plea deals for their clients that they have not researched and the client isnt really eligible for. The Work Release Program is a prime example. Their clients are offered Work Release as a Plea Deal only to find out they are not eligible for and therefore must sit in ClayCo jail. Get you a paid lawyer instead. Clayton County Public (Pre)tenders do more harm!!!
When calling the office, no one answered the phone. It rang more than 12 times without a voice messaging system..
