I had an accident, motorcycle accident hit and run as I was crossing the street suffered broke leg open tibia fracture, was hospitalized and had a surgery. Three months on bed. Call cassisi Richardy came to my house sign agreement explained my situation. Snapped a photo of the agreement only my signatures on papers, he said the girl at the office will fill the forms I'll send you copies never received any copies. On the agreement it was written 10k I did discuss it with him. Two months later settlement of 50k was approved from my insurance company.the agreement was changed completely to state minimum which one third after winning the case and new agreement foreign with my signature and initial. Their one third was cut from my money and send me a check for remaining balance. Meanwhile the agreement it was 10k. I did call multiple times to address the issue and Johan was on the phone woth nasty attitude and careless considerations to my situations and suffering. I'm a father with four children with no job, owns back up rent and credit and still going to therapy pay from my pocket for most my medical expenses. They have experience for 30 years positive and negative side of the case. Not honest
