I had trouble trying to get a response/update for my case but no one was able to give me any updates. I don't know if the pandemic had anything to do with it or not. But I think they can work on being more active or responsive. However, they are professional and offer great service at a good value. No high fees.

As a client I have found they rarely call you. I have had to keep with all documents from doctors fax things. I feel like I have done all the work with no representative support yet they get a percentage of what I get
