I am so glad I found Michael Coyle to advise and ultimately represent me in my bankruptcy case. Unlike previous bankruptcy attorneys I consulted, Michael took the time to understand all the details of my situation, and clearly explained the pros and cons of all options I was considering. He was empathetic to my situation, but most of all, extremely knowledgeable. If we're being honest here, he presented himself well. I contacted him while he was on vacation and he scheduled a zoom for a Sunday evening. I thought it was odd, but was still eager to work with him. I stayed on the zoom about 30 minutes waiting for him. I texted him and he claimed he had technical issues. We rescheduled for the next business day. He seemed very open and answered all my questions. Told me he would always be available via text but not after 7, which was understandable. I paid in FULL and pretty much had the paperwork laid out for him, except for my State return. He became very unresponsive. I am talking days if not weeks later in replying back to the questions I had. He then told me after the fact that student loan discharge was separate, which was not how he presented in the consult. Before my 341 meeting, he did not call me to let me know what to expect or ease anxiety. It was like we got on the call and met the first time. The times he did reach out for information he seemed to rush me for it. Despite wanting to go to litigation for my loans, I would not use his services again nor refer him. Total waste of energy and unprofessional.

I am so thankful at the speed and urgency with which Mr. Coyle handled my case. I was dealing with an emergency with limited time and he treated me with empathy and acted with expediency.

In a word, Mike Coyle is AWESOME!!! I filed for bankruptcy and was so very nervous, Mr. Coyle's calm demeanor and knowledge calmed all of my nerves. He was very attentive and responsive to my questions and very flexible with meeting me when needed when discussing my case.
