Karla is the problem with this place. Run run run. Very one sided, doesn’t do her job. Horrible
i received a bill from them today. I called them and told them we had never spoke to them, been there and wanted to know why we got the bill. The accountant was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. I would hate to get a lawyer to prove that bill was not for us! B and D Auto

I have known Fred and Julia for years and they have helped me on a few occasions. They are both knowledgable, quick to act and can really help. I highly recommend them both. Karla Roisum rents an office in the building, she is not a member of the Cruse Chaney-Faughn team. I think the low ratings are unfair to Fred Cruse and Julia Chaney-Faughn.
