They were very polite & attentive... until mediation. During the case they would call me back pretty quickly & were so helpful. However, after mediation we were disappointed because the settlement was nowhere near in the ballpark of what we were being told it would be. I understand maybe it was out of their control but after mediation day they stopped returning our calls! We left so many messages & not one call back from either attorney for 7 weeks! The secretary was clearly annoyed of our calls but always said the attorneys were out of the office when we called but they NEVER returned one call! The way we were treated before mediation verses after mediation was like night and day and very disappointing.

Im sure my experience is uncommon but I certainly had a bad one. Called this firm to assist me with an accident, they assured me of several things that they then went back on then proceeded to drop my case without explanation or assistance with a fair amount of dismissiveness in their tone. The way they handled this case left me coming out of pocket for expenses I was assured would not be there.

What a great group of people. They are 100% transparent and do exactly what they say. Vivian was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend if you need an attorney this is the place. Thank you so much for a great experience.
