Accompanied a relative for some legal advice. Attorney was personable and kind given the delicate matter. She received free sound counsel. The front office was also very welcoming.

I have known Hugh for several years and find him to be extremely diligent, competent, and genuinely an all-around nice guy. Veteran with documented PTSD disability hired this lawfirm. Shannon and Hugh decide to withdraw from case after taking thousands. In my mind this is unethical. I suggest finding another firm that understands disabilities and will treat you with respect. This firm did not/will not. The damage they have caused is not measurable at this time but I will post updates as we muddle through this situation. I am looking into reporting an ethics violation to the FL Bar for potentially violating "Model Rules of Professional Conduct". This is my personal opinion and posted as such

Biggest mistake I ever made! Crooked as the day is long! I was rear ended. My life changed forever. 2 disc back surgery. Neck pain and hand numb every day, but he drops my case becus I won't settle for 4grand and get stuck with all the medical bills! Tells me hey they won't go after u they can't get blood from a rock. What??? Now 3 years later nothing done and I have to find a new lawyer! Unbelievable! It's a tricky case he says. Ya real tricky! Your lazy and don't fight for your clients.

Mr. Eighmie helped me when nobody else (the "bigger and (not so) better" firms) would. Here's the thing, though my case was small, he fought for me as though it were his biggest case ever. Just sitting down to meet with him was a pleasure. No rushing, no over talking, and he answered ALL my questions. When it was all said and done he got me everything I was entitled to and more. Best of all, he did NOT nickle and dime me to death. He has since advised me in other legal matters and will forever be my attorney. ANYONE who needs legal advice/help should seek out the Eighmie Law Firm. I've heard it said many times that lawyers don't really care about anyone but themselves, but once you talk to Mr. Eighmie your mind will change. I thank him from the bottom of my heart and HIGHLY recommend him! I wish I could give 1 millions stars on the rating and not just five. I am a client for LIFE!
