I would give them a “O” star if I could. They charged me over $30,000 and in three months doing minimal work. When they send me bills I noticed that firm was overcharging me. When I brought this to Scott Osborn attention he promised to give me a credit but then changed his mind and submitted a motion to withdraw as my counsel instead. This firm is only about making money. They do not care about you or your case. They took advantage of me and then withdraw when I start questioning overcharging. Do yourself a favor and find a firm that would treat you as a client and not like unlimited bank account. They will drop you in the middle of your case for asking questions and trying to resolve the overbilling.
Definitely took advantage of us and overcharged. Oh I’m not a client. I’ve been in business with Williams & Williams law firm and they referred you to my fiancé. We should have never chose you as the first pick. Now that we are in debt with you, did other research, and NO ONE CHARGES 8,000 and by plus $400 for consultation. I thought lawyers were supposed to help you thanks for the life lesson learn. This Company took advantage of us and then didn’t let us know we went over the amount we paid and billed us again. Then they wanted more money to represent us in court. SMH (shaking my head) LAWYERS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE JUST PICKING ONE.
I was overcharged for absolutely nothing, Even after speaking with other employment law firms who also agree. I was charged an outrageous consultation fee yes I could’ve declined the payment but free usually means cheap but I was clearly wrong in the law world cheap is clearly better than spending because organizations like these take money only to have u wait around for them to want to represent u in a mediation session which YOU DON’T NEEEED A LAWYER FOR! Also charging an outrageous price just to represent someone in mediation which is more than the retainer which again is outrageous....they wont represent a client in court because the “Expenses” are to high? this LawFirm wants close to 20k for representation in mediation but declines representing a client in superior court because of the expenses needed to do so?....None of which makes any sense of course its to expensive the Law firm has already drained the client of its financial resources. I hope any one in need reads my review don’t be fooled by the praises...I was and I hope i’m saving someone from the embarrassment/debt I now have with them..
