Last year I was in a terrible car accident. I took my case to three different attorneys and they all rejected my case. I mentioned it to a friend of mine and she recommended I try The Estes Law Firm. I though to myself what do I have to lose? I called them up and spoke to the actual attorney and he told me he would take the case and to bring all documents to him and fill out paperwork. The attorney (Mr. Estes) took the time to discuss the whole process from beginning to end and I felt good about them representing me. They got me into a rental while my car was being repaired. After several months I get a call and they told me they had an offer from the at fault parties’ insurance for my pain and suffering. I agreed to accepting the amount and a few weeks later I had a check in my hand. I FINALLY GOT JUSTICE. Thanks to The Estes Law Firm and their staff for their courteous service. I can’t believe they got me money for my car repair, pain and suffering. This office had my case in a tractor-trailer accident for 18 months, they lacked communication with me. Wouldn't call me with updates and seemed irritated when I would call asking for an update and then without explanation or a phone call sent me a letter saying they dropped my case and left with 4 month to find another lawyer and have an entirely new case built and served. So now I'm just screwed out of any compensation for my injuries and left withassive doctor bills. Don't use these people when it comes to legal matters.
