I called to setup an appointment and the secretary was rude and didn't seem too thrilled to even bother helping me. Couldn't even get a consultation! She asked for my number but she never bothered to call. Thanks for wasting my time!

I had a different lawyer but due to unforeseen circumstances they gave my case to this attorney. With only about a month or two to prepare for my disability case, he was able to get everything he needed and prepped me the day before for my phone hearing. We won my case over the phone and he also got the details taken care of for my decision to be in writing and will go over all the papers I get in the mail once I get them all to tell me what they are all about for my disability. For the short amount of time he had to prepare my case he did a really good job and well worth the pay. He sent for what he needed in term of any documentation he still needed from doctors and made sure all the paperwork was in order. My case was tricky since I’m in my 30’s dx with MS and not in advanced stage or progressed in a bad way but cognitively it had started to affect me as well as leg pain and balance when I get tired and/or overheated. Although everyone may have a different experience with people, for me personally I recommend him to represent a disability case. I live in NM even though he’s in Texas, but he was professional, efficient, reliable, and all around gave 100% in my case and going above and beyond now. You don’t have to like a personality as long as you get results but take into consideration the type of people they have to talk to getting documentation and how hard his job can be many times and even though we pay them, to hear appreciation is of great strength and encouragement to continue doing what they do! I praise Jesus my case was entrusted to him from my former one to give it the attention this lawyer was able to give and made sure we had everything we needed to win my case. I thank you for all the work you put into my case to ensure that the hearing went well and very well prepared for and for your help now when I have questions and for when I get all my disability mail to go through it with me Mr. Fischer! While it took a long time to get and having to get a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge, telephone hearing, it was mostly due to Covid-19 pandemic shutting everything down. I did not have any problems with Mr. Fischer or his staff! Anytime I had questions and called the office I was well treated and got answers! Mr. Fischer represented me well, had all the needed medical information, and won my SSDI case. I'm forever grateful and thankful for that. Would highly recommend. Thank you Mr. Fischer!

I want to start with saying after an unfortunate heart attack and 3 stints later. I found myself unable to do my regular duties at work. I was hopelessly in despair.
