Lazy office, they take forever to do anything and every time I hear “I’ll give you a call back”, I have to roll my eyes because I know I’m never getting a call back. The only time I got a call back was when they were trying to push me to drop a case because the other person’s insurance denied the claim. I genuinely regret going with them. They didn’t want to do anything about it and the reason was essentially just “the insurance said no.” I’m skeptical about whether there’s even an attorney in the office because it seems like the receptionist is the one running the game. I suspect that they’re taking settlement money from people because my brother’s car was totaled and he was injured, and in the end, they’re telling him he’s going to be getting less than five thousand for a totaled car and injuries. That one review that said that people must not know how the law works is trying way too hard to vouch for this firm. Other cases that I’ve had with other firms have been resolved within a year.

After 6 years, I finally received my payout amount. Let me just start by saying if you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL lawyer, don’t bother with this firm. Thought out the 6 years, I was promised call backs and never received any. I waited years on “reductions” and to be honest after a couple of years I let it be because I had lost hope I’d get anything. Finally decided to get back on it to find out they had “sent a letter” to my previous address. They never called me to make sure that address was correct. No emails, nothing. You would think if you are giving your business to a law firm the least they could do is call you to give you updates. Instead, I was the one having to call and honestly it wasn’t until I became irate that I finally saw results. Towards the end, Cynthia was very nice but I feel like it was forced. Only good service I received was from the receptionist. As someone who works in customer service, if I promise to do something I follow through. Don’t make promises of calling someone back if it’s never going to happen. Happy I’m done doing business here and I hope to God I never get in an accident, but God forbid I do, I will DEFINITELY NOT be calling the Frederick Law Firm.

Almost 3 years since accident, still waiting. I don't usually get a return call from them either. UPDATE...going on 4 years and they don't even bother lying to me or giving me the run around anymore. They just do not answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message. I don't even know if they are in business anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD They should be investigated for fraud and malpractice. Over 8 years and they still haven't finished "reductions ". Still do not return calls. Does not matter what day or time I call, person working my case is not in office to speak to me.

Cynthia was amazing to work with. Everything went my way in my divorce. She handled everything and I knew that I was in good hands.

Thought I was going to get nothing after gettin hurt in a hit n run. Attorney was great, she took the time to explain the process and fought for me. My car was taken care of and I got paid good $.
