Sylvia Negrete took my husband’s case and the only time she talks to you nice is the first time when she get the case, after that you call email and text her and she never answer. And the assistant Elvia Medina is not professional either. Please Do NOT do business with them.

As somebody already said... This is an unorganized attorney. Although a very affectionate one that eventually delivers. I had a very simple, straightforward case. It took a year to complete it. This was handled unprofessionaly in terms efficiency and not being on point. Every tiny little thing that takes no time to accomplish, took Sylvia weeks and months. I'm fairly sure if I didn't contact her on occasion to let her know that I still existed, it would take her much longer than a year. By no means was I in a rush, but wow it was just super long three to four times longer than her own projected time frame. This situation created issues with my health inssurense coverage outside of the accident and wasted my time. A bunch of unescesery headache. Things were also often forgetten which turned into misleading conversations. On a good note, she is very very affectionate and did pull the case through. She finished the job well enough. I think Sylvia is a good and a compassionate person Did Sylvia get the case done to my satisfaction? Yes, she did. Would I have used her services had I know of all that it entailed? I would not have. This why I'm leaving this reveiw. Be the judge what suits you best.

Horrible service. Sylvia Negrette has been in charge of my case which occurred over a year ago and she hasn't been able to complete the case. I have had to call her, text, and leave voicemails for updates and answers. I talked to her in January and she stated she would be closing the case by the following week. Two months have passed and she isn't responding to my calls. Never again. I do not recommend. This attorney is unorganized, constantly has excuses, and never has answers. I often had to call my insurance and doctor to figure things out. Take your case to someone that cares.

We have an ongoing case, based on these reviews I'm Skeptical. God willing, everything gets resolved. I'll be back with an update
