My experience with Holfinger Stevenson was excellent. Robert Altman III and Kristen Humphrey Schulz handled my case. They gave me excellent advice and answered all of my questions. They promptly prepared my documents and filed them with the Deed of Registry. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend this firm.

I had a good experience with all the members at my closings but when following up on some details I couldn’t get anyone to respond back. I gave it four tries to different people. I know you had a ownership change and then I finally got my request resolved but it took a couple months of trying. When Scott was still the owner it felt more organized. Hopefully the changeover issue’s have been resolved.

The entire experience was Outstanding. Stephen McCoy was Awesome. His Exemplary Performance and Quality Customer Service were Excellent. He explained everything with much clarity which left little one for questions. Excellent! Thank You!

I guess this is just a half review since I didn't technically work with this firm officially. Have had an issue with a small plot of land adjacent to a parcel I purchased in December of 2020. Long story, but eventually got to the point of having to file quiet title action to try to take control over it. Stephen McCoy was recommended to me by the lawyer at the title company we used , Emily Owens, who apparently also works for this firm. I explained the situation to Stephen through email, and he was very responsive at first. Said he had to present it to the partners and get back to me. That took a little over a month. We agreed about the fee structure and he requested I send him the documents I had in my possession (title policy, searches, etc). A few weeks go by, with no response. Sent a follow up email. No response for another couple weeks, so a phone call and message, as he was out of the office. Another full week and no response to that. So apparently, I'm still in the market for a lawfirm who can handle this issue for me.

We used Robert Altman for our closing and he was wonderful! Robert is very professional and responsive. He is very detail oriented and advised us on several matters that made a difference in our closing. I would highly recommend him and definitely use him for all my real estate needs.
