Ben is Awesome! He listens to you, and you can tell him what you would like as an outcome. Even though he is busy, but what attorney isn’t? you are not their only client trust me they also have a life outside of being an attorney so be mindful. Also, don’t think he’s not working on your case because he is and he’s gathering all the appropriate resources he needs to make your case a success! This is coming from a person who was incarcerated. Ben is fantastic! After going 19 years without a valid driver's license, Ben told me what I needed to do to get it back. (a different state, didn't know it was revoked until I was pulled over and cited for driving while revoked) He was then able to have my charges dropped down to non moving violations. Ben was very transparent, attentive, and knew exactly how to approach the situation. 2 Thumbs up!
Since you mentioned that I have called your office 3 times left messages 3 different times and each time I was assured that someone is going to call me back for sure my name and number was taken down 3 times. I had explained my situation 3 different times and did let each individual I spoke to know that please let me know if this office cannot help me with my situation I am happy to contact someone else. I was referred to your office and based off your Google reviews. I could have simply been told no we can’t help you stop calling but I wasn’t. The last time I called I was told that Ben would call me back for sure and he never did. I don’t have to be a client to leave you a positive or negative review.
