I was in an accident in April of 2022 and I choose to work with The Keating Firm. The entire process was very simple for me and I never was left hanging when I had questions. They updated me frequently and the settlement process was fairly quick as well. I would definitely recommend this firm for your needs.

My experience with THE KEATING FIRM LTD was excellent. I always felt listened to and that any person I spoke to at the firm truly cared about me. I was met with kindness, professionalism, and honesty. Response time to any communication I sent was very prompt and clear. If I didn’t understand something, the information was patiently and respectfully explained to me until I did. I truly felt my family and I were important as people, not just as “a case.” They had the best personal injury attorney in Columbus I can tell. They took time to know me as a person, to best understand me, which made me and my husband feel most comfortable and supported. My experience with the Keating Firm was very poor. They kept switching attorneys without informing me my case sat on an attorney‘s desk who was no longer with the company, if I hadn’t called it would probably still be sitting there. The insurance company offered me more than the Keating firm got them to settle for. I was better off settling with the Insurance company months ago I waiting all this time for it to be less than what the Insurance company offered out the gate I don’t recommend.(only gave 1 star just so I could leave a review)

Attorney Brad Keating and his staff were so pleasant and effective in settling my accident case. They stayed in contact with me through out the entire ordeal and walked me through the process. If I ever need an attorney in the future I will reach out to them again because of how they handled my case. I can’t say enough about the wonderful way they treated me.
