Total sheisters! Disrespectful and non willing to help people regain control of their finances. These people are scum of the earth and they will over garnish your paycheck. Typical trash law firm. I recommend everyone who is going to leave a 1 star review here also contact the BBB with your complaints because often times they do things that are illegal and you might not even realize it.

I called. Talked to this absolutely awful person named Rebecca. Asked her what I could do for monthly payments. She seemed like she had a better place to be the whole conversation. I then ask for help reading a chart that they sent me as it being just a cluttered mess and she proceeded to refuse to transfer me to anyone because it's my job to figure out their tables on my own with 0 experience. I've called this company to try and resolve issues 3 times and each time I have been met with a significantly worse employee each time.

Horrible law firm. Sent a letter to my home for a debt that has already been paid. They obviously don’t know how to do their jobs. It’s a sad thing that a law firm doesn’t even have the capabilities or resources to look into cases they take. They need to do better. I would assume at law school they teach about the law…. But these idiots missed the harassment portion of it. I do hope they all have the day they deserve. You work for a scum, garbage, pos firm… you are def one too!

The agents who work at this establishment are rude and will not hesitate to threaten legal action if you fail to comply with their demands. They also speak to you in a condescending manner. I have a very unfavorable opinion of this place. I will be glad when I am finished paying these people off.

the representative is so rude,i keep telling him im young and dont understand the process of paying this bill but im gladly trying to pay ,i just need a little more info so i can properly pay,and he is so rude because he doesnt want to explain or assist me in trying to pay the bill,he acts like he has an attitude and doesnt want to be at work, i just dont have the correct info i need,i just needed a little help and he hung up in my face????
