Christopher Dumm is the most Christian lawyer I know. I felt like I was working with a pastor more than I was working with a lawyer! And he always has the best refreshments.

Mr. Dumm prepared estate planning documents for my wife and me several years ago, & they were adequate. When we needed important updates made to these documents, nearly 3 months passed with no results or progress reports, apparently because there was no progress to report. The updates are very important, but the work to make the changes would've required only a few minutes editing work by a paralegal or office assistant. Even when I told them outright that my confidence in them was waning due to their delays and lack of response, the matter didn't receive prompt attention from them. I am left to conclude that this office is only interested in performing services that have a large fee and not as interested in ongoing customer needs. EDIT: This was not left in error. I am in your firm's database. The words, "we truly care" are easy to type, but that was not manifested by the gross lack of service I received. I found what I needed elsewhere.

Chris and his Law Firm were instrumental in my wife and I getting our estate in order. He and his staff are knowledgable, professional and dealt with us in a most sincere way. As we've gotten older we are looking to update our plan, giving us peace of mind as we near retirement. I heartily recommend his services to others.
