I could not say enough good things about Robin. I had a time sensitive issue that I needed handled and she was able to get it resolved QUICK. I had called many other firms in the area and nobody took my situation seriously until I got ahold of her. I am so appreciative of how responsive and pleasant she was to work with. 10/10

Great service

I have been calling Hutchens Law Firm constantly to get my documents. It is almost a month now and still nothing. Each time I call I am transferred and asked how I need the documents. They do not return calls. It seems all they are interested in is collecting your money and not completing their job. Do not use them. Very unreliable.

I finally have the time to write this review after purchasing my home and getting settled in. Although this can be lengthy, I will include the basics so that one will not experience what I have. Hutchens Law Firm will never be a choice or recommendation coming from me. One of the assistance lied about receiving some of my closing documents so I did not get to close on the scheduled day. I was due to close on a Monday and wasn’t notified by my realtor until almost 6pm on a Friday. This is when my realtor was notified. We all make mistakes as we are human, but this made me question the notification process and consideration of this firm because it was to late to handle anything over the weekend. My utilities were due to cut off at one home and on at the one I was due to close on. Many things were in place due for Monday. This firm had me questioning their integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism. No one wants these things questioned when it comes to their home or finances. Personnel in the law firm promised to fix my concerns via phone and email. I was ignored when I chose to switch to Single Source Law Firm, which I would highly recommend to get the job done! The experience with Hutchens is a dissatisfied memorable one to say the least. Some of the personnel were disrespectful upon walking into the firm and proceeded to speak with me in the lobby and I thought this was very unprofessional. Someone lied about correspondence and said things weren’t received for my closing and then turned around and apologized upon realizing that what was needed was sitting in their email 13 days prior. I could go on and on about this review, but nothing is as important as knowing that the firm did not handle my things in my best interest and inconvenienced my family. My emails were ignored after speaking with Mr. Hutchens and the least thing that could happen was a response or even communication. They didn’t find it necessary to keep their word and it was very unfortunate on my part and on theirs as I am a valued client as anyone else! I wondered why and the only thing I could come up with was that they were embarrassed. I have moved in my new home, Thanks to Single Source!! Do not let the experience that I had be your own....Be blessed!
