Nothing but great things to say about Andrea Singley. Phenomenal lawyer who knows her stuff. We’ve used her on two separate occasions, and both times she was professional, knowledgeable and so easily approachable.

Good and bad. Liked my salesperson, got some great deals on phones, home internet and home phone but they didnt have any of the 3 phones I wanted and had to order them and wait for them to be delivered to me, then go back to the store to have activated. Plus the salesperson ordered 2 of the wrong phones and had to make several trips back to store and UPS to return them, plus waited another week to get the correct phones. T-mobile needs to get their act together; get organized, train their sales staff better and develop proper checks and balances.

Atty Singley is always very helpful and easy to deal with. She is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her.
