My timeline with this firm.. May 2 10:00 am - Left message with my concern. May 3 10:00 am - Called back as I had not received a response. Left another message. May 3 10:30 am - Received call back and explained situation, was asked to email documentation, so I email everything same day. May 9 4:30 pm - Called office because I had not yet heard anything back. Left message. May 10 8:30 am - Received email saying that Attny will be away until May 22 and that if I need information back "immediately" I should contact alternate counsel. So, if you are going to risk it with this law office make sure you are clear on timelines. It's apparent that a 19 day response time is acceptable to them.
Andrew and his staff move quickly when needed and offer good answers for those tough legal questions / dilemmas. Highly recommended.
Mr Buzzi is the best. Extremely knowledgeable and an amazing person.
