In an age of predatory uncaring practitioners willing to take your hard earned funds while providing impersonal service, with at best insignificant or poor results, it is a pleasure to find such a caring, knowledgeable individual, who regularly expends incredible effort on her clients' behalf. She is truly a beacon in a profession bereft of empathy and sympathy.

If you want a professional law firm, look into another place. The lawyer never answer the phone nor give a call back. She takes ages to reply to emails and if you are lucky she’ll say she’s soooo busy in court that she’ll contact when she has time, well guess what? That never happens! I sent all the paperwork she requested me to fill out and she never got back to me, never picked up the phone nor replied to my emails. Very, very unprofessional law firm and very dissatisfied and disappointed of Miss Carpenter “services” and attitude.
