He did a shabby job for our family. Whoever heard of doing a quit claim deed and not putting the legal description, address, property appraiser number . . . NOTHING THAT INDICATED WHAT HOME WAS BEING TALKED ABOUT. Nothing on the document but names. It was not acceptable by the Title Company when the property was sold and costs the family a couple of thousand to get it resigned. And, it took him almost a year to do a screw up job that could have been done without an attorney.
