8 years ago Cindi Quay represented me for a custody battle and I was pleased with the outcome. About 3 years ago my boyfriend retained her to represent him in a custody case and we were extremely disappointed with her services. She would not request documents that he asked her to request we ended up doing so but was charged for it. Also records that were supposed to be subpoenaed by her never were subpoenaed and he was charged for that along with other charges for work she claimed to do but there was no proof of such work in the files when he requested his complete file for the custody case. Honestly most of the documents in his case file were the copies that he turned over to her because she wouldn't request the copies herself. Recently she has handled an estate case and we were mislead and lied to. I would NOT recommend anyone to use her for representation of any kind!
