Milby Law has some fantastic, super knowledgeable, polite, respectful and awesome people that work there. One of the lady’s that has been helping us the most is Eden. She is absolutely amazing, brilliant and kind!!! Eden always makes time for us when we call with questions. Eden answers all of our questions and if she doesn’t know the answer right away, then she will research it, and always calls me back with the answers and information that I need. We filed for bankruptcy and Milby Law & Staff made it totally pain free, so easy to understand and we did most of everything through email, we only had to go to Wichita once to sign paperwork in front of the Judge. We highly recommend Milby Law & Staff for your legal needs. They are a FANTASTIC team!!!

Wish I could give negative stars. This unethical attorney and law firm make it their mission to ruin your life. They start with a known questionable claim, lie about service, get a default judgement then sit on it for a decade then come at you with thousand and thousands of dollars in penalties and fees you had no idea about. When reaching out to the original creditor and making a settlement on a claim we both agreed is possibly invalid anyhow - then giving Dana Milby Law specific instruction to settle at a much lower amount - she ignores it for 2 months then misleads the court and seeks full payment with garnishment orders. If you complain about her to the BAR - she retaliates and stalks you online and in courts - searching for any other cases she can take over and attach to you and try to ruin you. She is NOT working in the public good. She is NOT helping her clients settle cases and lighten the work load on the court despite being directed to do so. She only cares about her money and screwing anyone that comes in the way. In my opinion she has hurt more people than helped and has treated me with absolute disrespect. She has a severe lack of integrity. If you go to her for help before filing bankruptcy - be prepared to have that info you shared with her used against you. I went to her law firm looking for help - instead of taking me on to help she ended up using my information to attack me later. Fast forward 12 years she is still trying to harass me and attack me personally for filing a bar complaint on her. Oh and the KS BAR does nothing anyhow.. need to sue her personally for any misrepresentation or malfeasance to get the state regulators to do anything about it... We're working on a class case. She does not care about her clients needs nor the debtor - only how much she can make it seems. Her tactics are borderline unethical and abusive of the court's time. I can go on and on. Dana Milby was wonderful. She went above and beyond in helping me with my legal situation. She is something we rarely see or hear of, a genuine nice person.

They do not return phone calls. I've called NUMEROUS times & ALWAYS have to leave a message that they don't return.
