Honestly the very first person in this quest to give me hope - that's Mr. Wheeler 100% He is incredibly patient. Even when I forgot my questions mid-thought from being so tired he never interrupted or sounded annoyed. He would talk with me until I remembered everything on a pretty long checklist, even though he could have easily said he had to go attend to something else. His answers were really comprehensive as well. I felt I learned more in a few days than in this entire process. He is generous with his time. He is honest but uplifting, between his own energy & the information he learns. Responsive I was feeling pretty dismal about my situation until this one day of reaching out successfully & hearing back. Called today to consult in getting my disability claims increased. I spoke with RJ and truly impressed by his genuine approach in listening to my concerns and then fully and respectfully acting on them. I even had news of an unexpected passing in the family in between calls so understandably I was upset on the returned phone call. He was extremely patient with me, comforting and even offered to lend an ear as a fellow vet if I needed it. Told me take my time be with family and just know that when I was ready they were eager and on standby to assist me in my case.
