Would love to recommend this practice to everybody. They took my case on a super short notice of a day and still put in the effort as if they have been by my side for a year. Thank you guys for everything. They definitely aren't out to get your money. They have nothing but your best interest at heart and that's hard to find now a days. 10 out of 10 experience.

I hired Ms. Suhr and her law office to help me with a complicated custody case. I was anxious and fearful entering into things and had no real way to know what to do. Ms. Suhr and her team came along side and worked for me in a tremendous way. I felt like they believed in me and my case. First they asked lots of questions to understand fully my unique situation, then they helped me understand what my options were. Everything her and her team have me for advice was exactly correct. Trust her! She knows what she is doing. This law office understands family law and custody situations and is willing to fight for the rights of a father. Finances are tight and they worked with me tremendously. Ms. Smith also did an incredible job for me. I am so thankful. If you are looking for a lawyer to trust with your custody case, this is the team you need. I don't know where I would have ended up without them. They were a God send in a very difficult time.

So first of all if your just interested in a custody agreement/child support agreement try going through conciliation with the co parent before pouring money into a lawyer. When I had my first talk with Gail she gave me a retainer fee and told me what i was most likely looking at fee wise for the whole thing. I ended up paying WAY more not even close to the range she had given me. Gail doesn’t represent you either one of her assistants do. They don’t contact you until right before your hearings and leave you in the dark wondering if they even remember you have a case coming up. They charge you for emails and to ask questions and just over all are poor with any type of communication. Mackenzie represented me and kept saying how I was a student meanwhile I had graduated the prior year so when Gail relayed my information over to Mackenzie things were scattered and out of context it was truly embarrassing and I did all of the talking in the cases anyways Mackenzie was just a background noise. I was terrified to reach out about anything because I knew if I did i would be charged to. They bill you MONTHS after the fact to. I have a friend that too used this law firm and had the same complaints. They don’t care about you or your family they just care about the paycheck. I gave them a feedback email much like this review and they weren’t even professional enough to respond. Save your money and avoid this firm! I understand that COVID has had a negative impact on all of us but that is no excuse with this situation I am so very disappointed with how unprofessional they have been through the whole process.

Save yourself time and money and keep looking for a divorce lawyer before stopping here. I lost an enormous amount of money through her office, and was not fairly represented. She did not/would not fight for me or my family. We are left to the will of the attorney the way things are set up in an extremely complicated legal society, leaving us regular people at the mercy of the court and the attorneys. I was billed weeks and months later and spent hours pouring over old invoices that were vague, charging me thousands of dollars more than expected. At the time, I was low-income just making ends meet. Take the low ratings on this one seriously and think twice - compare with others out there.

Gail is an extremely knowledgeable attorney, I have known her since I was a child. She always does the best work she can possibly do to help her clients. No holds barred and she is so compassionate. I would recommend that if anyone reads this review and is having custody or divorce matters, that they set up an consultation with Gail! You won't be disappointed!
