Very disappointed, I was assured by his secretary that he would take my case, he was 40 minutes late for the 1st appt. Then he tells us he can give out legal advice without all the court documents. So I make another appt with him, he cancelled on me 3 times for 3 different appointments, then I get a call from his secretary The day before the court date that he will not take my case. Very unprofessional, for a former Alamogordo magistrate judge. Now I have to show up in Magistrate court without legal representation because I waited on this attorney (James Scott Newton) for legal representation. I would not recommend him to letigate a parking ticket, let alone a real case!!!
