We have unfortunately had to hire Jason for 2 cases. I was looking for a attorney that not only knew the law but was also looking for a honest attorney. I paid a $250 consultation fee to talk with Jason to see if he would take my case. He said I had a great case with all the evidence I showed him and that he would take it and I had to put down a $2,000 retainer. Fast forward to over a year later and countless messages being left at his office with no return phone calls, I received a package in my mail saying he was dropping the case now. The package had a check in it that he kept funds from. And the math showing where the funds went didn't even add up to the $2,000 retainer (it was hundreds of dollars less, so where did that money go). Based on my dealings with this guy, he will take your money and tell you you have a great case then he'll wait a little while and return some of your money. Seems like an easy way to make money with doing very little. Will never do business with this thief again.
