Joe is one of the most incompetent humans I’ve ever met. The judge had to offer him the definition of basic legal terms. I was not contacted or provided with a Webex link until 10 min before the hearing. I would have had better chances with a 5 yr old representing me. I’m not sure how he has the intellectual capacity to tie his shoes, let alone create a defensible argument based on statute, case law and common sense.
