Do not use this person. You would be better off to represent yourself. She does not advise to what's in your best interest. When you hire someone , it's for their expertise. She will push something through because its the easiest path for her then she will blame you when the outcome is not right in her clients behalf. No doubt some of the better reviews that are posted are from clients of other lawyers that she allowed a favorable ruling in their behalf in court because she didn't want to do her job for her client. I don't know how she can sleep at night. NOT A GOOD LAWYER!!!!!!!!!! I asked to have it appraised by a second appraiser to have a fair idea of accuracy in which it was denied and declined from further representation. Further more it would seem funny that a government appraisal reassessment a couple months later and totally assessed that the other assessment was ludicrous and value would be reflected in 2025. FUNNY tongue in cheek that the property was sold for 200,000, about 90,000 more than the "first" appraisal. Anyone would know that 10 acres of land with house barn and other buildings would be valued more than 1 small house and .75 acres.
