Melinda is an AMAZING ATTORNEY, with an updated wealth of current knowledge about Divorce Laws in Illinois. Period. Shes very direct and DEEPLY cares about her clients, but reality is, divorce can be tough, rough and very nasty and sometimes you may not want to hear REALITY or the TRUTH, about how the court system works. But Melinda is hard working, realistic, very very detailed, crosses her "T"'s and dots her "I"'s, no doubt she is definitely the best in our surrounding counties, you WILL NOT be disappointed. R

I called looking for assistance with my case and spoke with Melinda directly. She was very helpful. Eventhough she was unable to help me, she gave me information on someone who may be more knowledgeable in the area of what I am looking for. For that, I am grateful. Some times we just need to look past negative reviews. Sometimes negative reviews come from people who have no rapport with the agency/company. There's always two sides to a coin.

She asked me if my kids or the divorce was more important. When I replied, “my kids” she laughed in my face. That was only one of the many incidents with her, but the one that hurt me the most. I would not recommend her to anyone.
