When you go in to consult an attorney you assume that he is aware of what a good case is what it is worth and what'll take to get it done. This guy did not seem to be aware of how a case was defined what two specific laws were involved. And said he called local law enforcement to ask what their opinion was so somebody with 8 years of education and so many years of practice was asking somebody with a 1 year law enforcement degree what the law was and how he thought it would come out. Frankly that's not a lawyer that's like listening to a secretary call her sister to see whether or not somebody driving their Porsche over three children in front of her house was illegal or should she go back and ask somebody on Facebook who used to be a beautician but her father-in-law was a policeman before he went to prison for molesting children.nIt shows a complete lack of ability to formulate a case ascertain its merits and ask questions of the principal parties in order to be prepared to either take it on or refer to somebody else. Since it involves multiple felonies my impression was he chose to opt out because it might be politically and popular his for his relationship with the police and the justice system seems to be the Raging for paroles and fines for people with DUIs. But I guess in a small town like that there probably aren't any real trial attorneys but on the way out of town I learned you could get a divorce for $79.50 plus court costs so the place kind of struck me is perhaps it intellectual epicenter of middle Texas.

So far he is doing great he has taken the time to text my fiancxe9 which to me seems more personal because he is actually willing to take time and talk to him even before my fiancxe9 has paid him. We are just waiting to get the the money to start, he even helped us a little with the financial side since we just had a baby. We look forward to him hopefully being able to keep my fiancxe9 out of jail.

Waste of money! I recommended this clown to a friend before I realized all he cares about is more money. He will talk down to you and treat you like you are guilty even if the cops are wrong. I realized he has to pay for billboard ads and Internet marketing after it was to late. Save your money and find outside navarro county legal help, his big expensive house office is across the street only means he has to charge clients a lot more than he his really worth. A court appointed attorney would have got my friend the exact same deal or maybe even got her off completely instead of a guilty plea deal. The courts there know him well and that doesn't play into your favor, I witnessed it first hand. He was annoyed we didn't use him as a bondsman even though we couldn't get a returned phone call from his office for 3 days! He is arrogant and has no empathy just like the Navarro county police and court system, they all enjoy watching people in pain. I wish I had not recommended him to my friend, a regret that has cost me a friendship.
