Since the moment I walked in something told me that he wasn’t going to turn me down even though I almost didn’t make it going up all them stairs, His communication was positive , respect and most important Honesty he didn’t make a promise he didn’t keep as to Mrs. Dolores, Zack all his staff very professional whole time all my calls and messages where retuned in a timely matter I didn’t have to bug , My brother was going to be sentenced to state over the same charge he just served 9yrs and 6months for and I couldn’t find an attorney to take his case everybody would turn him down but Mr. Olguin didn’t and said let’s see what I can do to help your family we waited anxiously to just know if my brother was going to be released and then sent to a state prison over the same crime but in the transition of picking up my brother released date Mr. Olguin called and said he a free man it’s been taken care of .

Nick was wonderful taking on our custody case. I found Nick after having a horrible experience with a previous local lawyer, even with the mess the first lawyer had made for me he was ready to get started straightening things out. He always answered my concerned questions and he never belittled the situation. We decided to go with Nick because of the reviews on here and a family friend but after working with him for the past couple of months I don’t recommend using him. The communication just simply isn’t there. I understand being busy but not responding to a simple email for over 24 hours is crazy. A simple “I’m working on it” would have let us know something instead of being left in the dark for so long. It always takes multiple attempts to get ahold of him and sometimes we won’t hear from him even after those attempts, it takes days.

I've had the office of Nick Olguin represent me on a few things, and I've gotta say best experience I've ever had with an attorney. Always very informative and he gets the job done!
